hello fellow stranger
on the web.
you may call me Shrub.
I don't quite remember how I discovered Neocities initially, but after checking out a couple websites, I eventually decided to hop in and make my own.
the idea of having a slice of the world wide web all to myself, one that I could customize and decorate the way I see fit, and then use to pour out all the feelings I have about the things that I love, was very appealing to me.
so I put on my digital hard hat and got to work.
and now here I am.
that's really all there is to it.

likes:
drawing, music, video games, Dungeons and Dragons, stickers

dislikes:
carbonated drinks, heights, highly saturated colors

the website did not used to look like this.
I decided at some point that this place was in dire need of a makeover.
I still have the files for the site's old layout here somewhere, but I'll keep em' to myself because man I made some questionable design decisions back then.
you can still find some snapshots of the old homepage on the Wayback Machine though, if you're at least mildy interested.
